Shifts: 

• Set-up: starts at 3 PM 

• Event: 5 to 8 PM 

• Tear-down: 8 to 9 PM

This is our largest community event, serving approximately 450+ students and their families. We need 40+ volunteers to run game stations, assist with set-up and tear-down, support crowd management, and help with various activity stations. Student volunteers will check in upon arrival and be assigned to a station or may choose from available stations at that time. Shifts are one hour long.

We are happy to provide signed verification letters confirming each student's volunteer hours and role at the event. We completely understand if an accommodation isn't possible within your program's guidelines.
