Modest Free Market
Description
Modest Free Market is in need of volunteers to help unload goods from trucks, sorting, and packing food bags. Because this is mainly a drive-through event, they need volunteers to help put fresh produce bags in the cars.
From 8 - 9 AM, volunteers can expect to prep bags for delivery. This event ends at around 11 AM, where the hour from 11 - 12 AM will need volunteers for clean-up, breaking down boxes, and sweeping. Some volunteers will be needed to direct cars through traffic and to ensure that the streets are clear.
Since this is an outdoor event, please dress appropriately for the cold weather. No official sign-up is required and hours can be tracked!

Event Type
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please DO NOT sign up to volunteer at any in-person events if you are sick or believe that you have any symptoms of COVID-19. We would never want to put our members at risk in any way, and there are plenty of virtual or at-home ways to earn hours this semester. If you choose to volunteer in-person, make sure you follow all state and county coronavirus guidelines and stay safe when volunteering!

Additionally, please do NOT skip class to attend events. If an event takes place during school hours, only volunteer if you're in Running Start/have an alternative schedule that doesn't cause you to skip class!
