Only do this event if you are GOOD with kids. There are a lot of little kids ages baby to about 10 and a lot of them have behavioral issues. Usually about max 10 kids a week
This meeting is for recovering moms that come in every week and the volunteers are there to watch their kids so they have a distraction free meeting.
Free parking on the street or there is a parking lot next to the church
Once you come in go down the stairs and the child care room is on the right (someone will direct you).
REMINDERS:
Kids can go see their moms, but try to keep them mainly in the room
Walk kids to bathroom
Organizer will be there consistently, at least for the beginning to help people acclimate to event
Please contact Gina (event organizer) about this event so she can sign you up for it and know you are coming.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please DO NOT sign up to volunteer at any in-person events if you are sick or believe that you have any symptoms of COVID-19. We would never want to put our members at risk in any way, and there are plenty of virtual or at-home ways to earn hours this semester. If you choose to volunteer in person, make sure you follow all state and county coronavirus guidelines and stay safe when volunteering!

Additionally, please do NOT skip class to attend events. If an event takes place during school hours, only volunteer if you're in Running Start/have an alternative schedule that doesn't cause you to skip class!
