schedule set up in 3.5 hour sessions, if you can work more than a single session, that would be great!

Session 1: 10:30 am - 1:30 pm: (lunch will be provided): Load in; set tables; set up Silent and Live auction displays; prep for games

Session 2: 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Continue with set up

Please note the following regarding Session 3 and 4:

- Alcohol will be served at this event so we will need to know which volunteers are over 21 years of age
- All volunteers for these sessions need to wear white shirt/top and black pants

Session 3: 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm: Last minute set up; greet guests; guest check in and packet distribution; support Silent auction; games; serve appetizers. (Dinner will be provided) (doors open at 5:00 pm)

Session 4: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Bus tables; assist with Dessert Dash; spotting bidders; check out; clean up
